Olivia is a Paralegal Apprentice working in the Compensation department, assisting with catastrophic cases caused through clinical negligence or personal injury.
Expertise
Olivia started her Paralegal Apprenticeship in January 2025 after gaining experience working in the Compensation department since August 2024. She supports and assists the team and is available to support clients throughout the progression of our cases.
Experience
- Assisting on complex and high value clinical negligence cases
- Dealing with vulnerable clients day to day
- Liaising with the nurse analyst team to help with progression of cases
- Taking on new enquiries and dealing with new clients
Qualifications
- Customer Service Practitioner (Level 2)
- Level 4 Certificate of Higher Education (Legal Services) – in progress
Successful Cases
- £30,000 for a lady who experienced delayed treatment of a biliary stent
- £90,000 for a man who lost his lower leg from an injury caused by ill fitting work footwear
