Neil specialises in winning high value awards of damages for people with serious injury and providing long term support and security to them and their families. The focus of Neil’s expertise is winning complex medical negligence cases before continuing to provide help as a professional trustee or deputy with the aim of putting the client’s care and support network in place and secure for their lifetime.
Neil has a long history of winning high awards for his clients to over £6m but his role is not simply winning damages; this is just the start of the long term delivery of legal and personal advice. To understand what it means to suffer serious injury and how it affects families Neil spends time with charities and organisations such as the Woodlands Neurorehabilitation Centre. He is regularly invited to speak at events and provide support to families on issues related to serious injury and the law.
Neil is a professional trustee or deputy for 12 seriously injured clients with approximately £30 million under management.
