Mark is an Associate Director working in the Compensation department, specialising in catastrophic claims caused through clinical negligence or personal injury.
Expertise
Mark possesses over 30 years experience in his role working on a complex array of serious injury claims, progressing files in a timely, efficient manner. He specialises in multi-track claims, especially those involving major traumatic injuries. He is skilled at making technical issues understandable to clients, adept at putting early rehabilitation in place and delivering first class results. Mark adopts a collaborative approach with case managers to ensure a system of support is established as soon as possible.
Over the last year Mark has successfully resolved a number of serious injury cases including complex paediatric ophthalmic injury, a delayed diagnosis and treatment of a ligament/tendon injury leading to nerve damage.

- £3,000,000 for a young lady who suffered a brain injury following a Road Traffic Accident
- £7,300,000 for a young mother suffered a severe brain injury in a catastrophic Road Traffic Accident caused by a taxi driver
- £450,000 for the family of a deceased young man who suffered a severe brain injury in an Road Traffic Accident which went through the Court of Appeal
