Fran is an Associate Director working in the Compensation department, specialising in catastrophic cases caused through clinical negligence or personal injury.

Fran was promoted to an Associate Director in 2024 and heads up our complex injury team in our York office. Fran is well versed at handling the most complex of cases and delivering excellent client service founded in empathy and an acute understanding of the client’s situation. She is dual qualified in the jurisdictions of England & Wales and Australia. Fran possesses over 16 years experience representing clients on a vast array of both clinical negligence and personal injury matters.

Fran has developed her practice and deploys a high level of expertise in birth injury, neonatal injury Cerebral Palsy and paediatric injuries. She focuses her efforts on high value, maximum severity birth injury cases where she can support the client and their families. She is highly analytical and can promptly get to the heart of issues to progress cases. She is passionate about forming key relationships across multiple sectors and working to promote collaboration, cooperation and creativity on the brain injury pathway and beyond which ultimately helps her to provide an enhanced service to our clients.
