I would like to thank SJP Law and especially Clarissa for her support and outstanding knowledge during the process of bringing my claim against the hospital trust.

I suffered a subarachnoid haemorrhage which was mismanaged and resulted in bifrontal brain damage due to infarction (stroke).

The process on how the claim would proceed was explained very clearly and Clarissa kept us informed and reassured during the whole time.

At times I thought I just didn’t want to carry on with the case due to the stress it put on me but Clarissa provided support and reassurance to help me stay the course and see the claim through to the joint settlement meeting.

I trust Clarissa completely and ask her opinion on most decisions I have to make now.

The claim settled for a substantial amount of money which has been placed in a Trust managed by SJP Law to help provide for future care on top of an annual payment.
