Associate Director

Helen is an Associate Director working in the Compensation department, specialising in catastrophic cases caused through clinical negligence or personal injury.

Expertise

Helen joined SJP in June 2025 as Associate Director. Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2000, Helen has enjoyed a varied career as a senior practitioner, in-house Counsel, legal auditor and senior multi-track operations lead

Helen gained the Civil Higher Rights of Audience in 2015 and shortly thereafter was called to the Bar by Grays Inn.  The Bar Standards Board certified full exemption from pupillage based on prior experience enabling her qualification as a Barrister in 2016.  Helen is currently a non-practising Barrister.

Helen balances a forensic eye for detail with an ability to quickly grasp the wider picture.
