Paralegal Apprentice
Kacy is a Paralegal Apprentice working in the Compensation department, assisting with catastrophic cases and handling minor injury cases caused through clinical negligence or personal injury.
Expertise
Kacy is due to complete her Paralegal Apprenticeship in September 2025. Overseeing a number of claims and supporting the team, Kacy is always on hand to help clients while assisting with the day to day running and timely progression of their claim.

- Assisting with organising events such as the Continuing Professional Development day for medical practitioners within the brain injury sector
- Overseeing low value clinical negligence cases
- Assisting on complex high value cases
- Dealing with vulnerable clients
- Assisting with the setting up of bare trusts

- Business Administrator – Level 3
- Level 4 Certificate of Higher Education (Legal Services) – in progress

- Handled numerous Personal Injury Trust set ups following settlement
- £200,000 for a lady who experienced a failure to treat a detached retina
