Ashleigh is a Trainee Solicitor working in the Compensation department, assisting with catastrophic cases and handling minor injury cases caused through clinical negligence or personal injury.

Ashleigh became a Trainee Solicitor in September 2024, after working as a Paralegal for 2 years. She provides vital support to the team and assists with the day to day running and timely progression on cases, both on her own files and those she is assisting on. - Secretary for Headway Hull & East Riding and Administrator for the Headway in North Yorkshire & Humber Partnership. The role involves the day-to-day running of the local branch which supports survivors of acquired brain injury, fundraising and providing information on Acquired Brain Injuries and the rehabilitation journey
- Committee member for the Humber & North Yorkshire Acquired Brain Injury Network which is a growing group of professionals in the local area that come together to bridge the gaps in complex rehabilitation
- Achieved a six-figure settlement for a local family in a case of amputation resulting tragically in fatality
- Assisted with a six-figure settlement of a complex clinical negligence case relating to the delayed diagnosis of compartment syndrome
- Assisted on various cases of head injury and polytrauma that have achieved substantial settlements upwards of £1 million
