Donna is Head of Operations in the Compensation Division. At first, Donna specialised in accident at work cases, particularly injuries sustained by military personnel, as she was a member of the Territorial Army for 13 years. For the past 10 years she has assisted with both clinical negligence and personal injury matters and has developed an excellent level of expertise in ABI and TBI cases and complex orthopaedic trauma.

Donna has developed a high level of understanding in the drafting of Schedules of Loss which enables our clients to maximise their potential claims. Donna excels at ensuring cases are managed effectively. She undertakes case work in seamless parallel with lead solicitors and directors and she goes above and beyond to ensure that cases are in exceptional order for both settlement meetings and trials. Donna is skilled at knowing a file inside and out and providing the client with continuous updates and keeping the Defendant on their toes.

Donna has assisted with developing relationships and collaborations with organisations who can help with a client’s pathway to vital therapy and support services, which plays a major part in their recovery and building a better lifestyle. Essentially, she is a vital member within our team.
