Emma qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2011. She works in the Compensation division and specialises in claims for industrial disease, personal injury and clinical negligence.
Experience
She has over 15 years experience representing clients who have been exposed to hazardous substances in the workplace, including asbestos, fumes, chemical and biological hazards, noise and vibration and those who have sustained accidents at work. She assists clients and their families through what are often extremely distressing times and ensures that they receive support at every step of their case.
Emma believes that the key to building good relationships with clients is to provide a high level of service throughout, with open communication and a foundation of trust. She finds it a really rewarding aspect of her role to be able to obtain justice for those clients who have suffered illness and injury, simply through going to work every day to earn a living.

Areas of interest
For the past 3 years Emma has largely been instructed by clients who have suffered asbestos related illnesses. She has represented many who have been diagnosed with mesothelioma, asbestos related lung cancer, asbestosis and pleural thickening.
