    Simon has 23 years experience in serious injury cases and has regularly won awards of over £1m. He was the regions first solicitor awarded with clinical negligence specialist accreditation with the Law Society. As a partner in the firm he has been instrumental in developing clinical and accident injury services with a particular interest in brain, spinal and amputation cases.

    Neil has a masters degree in the law of professional negligence. His 10 years experience of serious injury cases after his training with the firm were recently rewarded with a case award of £6.2m. As a partner in the firm he specialises in group actions and concentrates on child brain injuries, birth complications and long term conditions such as Cerebral palsy.

    Simon’s 18 years experience of serious injury cases have been rewarded with regular client compensation awards of over £1m. He is head of the firm’s compensation division and accredited by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
